You might also want to check out Corporate Knights, a Canadian magazine. The focus is more on positive-side stuff, corporate social responsibility and environmentalism, than negative-avoidance-side stuff like corporate response to scandals and ethical dilemmas. Inevitably, Wikipedia has categories for business ethics, corporate scandals and corporate crime. The literature on crisis management might also be helpful. Good luck!
