Rich and James, Thanks! LCOOCC is a small tribal college, and as such, we don't have a large budget (for anything). The school is financially stable though and has made huge strides in improvement under the leadership of Dr. Danielle Hornett, our President. This position is open due to the passing of our former Dean of Student Services, Ann Marie Penzkover. Ann Marie was at our school for 15 years. Shawn
