Interesting article re U.S. News college rankings

I particularly liked the quote at the end:

"There's a college out there where every student can flourish and grow. Students don't have to go to the wealthiest or top-ranked school to get a good education."

Hear, hear. A good education is available in many, many schools, and so much of that good education also depends on what the student puts into it.

I am disappointed that FHSU is not on the list, but hey..

 

Surely you jest. "National Universities" usually refers to the top PhD granting universities. Fort Hays State University is listed under "Master's Universities - Midwest - Tier 4 Schools."
