When I click on my sbc yahoo DSL icon, I get this message in the form of a pop up box:

The internet "browser.exe' that his shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?

What the heck is that? I have never seen it before. What happens if I click on yes to delete this shortcut?

I can get online if I click on the Internet Explorer icon.

    Thanks,

    Abner

The shortcut "points" to the program. The program appears to have moved. Try this - Go to Start | Programs and find Internet Explorer. When you find it, right click and select "Send To" and select "Desktop (shortcut)".
    or
Try Start | Serach | Files and Folders and search for Browser.exe.
    or
Open Windows explorer and find C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE (for windows XP) and right click and select "Send To" and select "Desktop (shortcut)".

    Hope this helps-

    Hey Randell:

I contacted sbc yahoo. They had me uninstall and reinstall the yahoo browser. Apparently, my original browser had been corrupted. It works great now.

    Thanks,

    Abner
