I'm getting this about half the time I try to submit or edit a post:

    It's very annoying.

It's happening both at home and at work, so I don't think it's me.

Now we'll see if I can submit this thread at all....

I've run across the same issue over the last few days.

Wait, didn't you say you use Firefox? I do, maybe that's the commonality?

I do use firefox....that could be what is causing a problem.

I have not had the problem using FireFox but I just switched from FireFox to Avant in the last couple of days.

Is anybody here talking about the technical difficulty wherein one makes a post and you hit the send button and the durn thing is supposed to say that your post has been posted but, instead, your post just vaporizes? (Drumroll as he waits to see what happens.)

I've not run across that problem Ted. The problem(s) that I see are the following:

1.) Hit "Submit" or "Preview" and I get the error Steve first mentioned.

2.) Hit "Submit" or "Preview" and I get redirected to the front page of DegreeInfo.com (not the forums page).

To add to this, I'll hit "preview" or "submit" and get an error message saying "Please specify a thread".....

Four times in the last three days.

hmmm. Not sure what's causing this problem... being intermittent, it's a little hard to pin down between two servers, but I will look into it and see if I can determine what's up.

It seems unlikely that it's browser-related, but I never rule anything out.

If anyone else notices any weirdness, please post in this thread. The more detail we have, the more likely Nate or I can locate and fix the problem.

    Thanks

Yup, when my post vaporizes, it beams me up to the degreeinfo front page!
