In a situation where pre-work consultancy and/or project costings are required from a prospect (or existing customer), and those requirements are unique and require alot of pre-work costing and/or technical preparation, do you (the reader) think it's acceptable to levy any pre-work consultation charge in a market like IT / VoIP / Wireless consultancy?
