OK. I'm planning to make a gag diploma for myself and friends, and maybe others. Here are the problems I have: 1. I need to find a way of making it look like a real diploma- but make it clear somehow that it is a fake at the same time. (I'm thinking of a small print disclaimer on each of them, with a different one on each level.) 2. I'll need to find someone to design and print it, as well as making a special seal and signing it, as well as finding someone to fill the role as a chancellor of the school. 3. It may be considered a violation of the BBC's intellectual property rights... OK. If you're curious as to what college this is, what type of degrees they give, who will sign the degrees, and why the BBC may get in on it, here are the answers. The diplomas are from the Academy of Gallifrey, in graduate levels, (Signed by Romanadvoratrelundar, with her neat handriting.) Master's level (Signed by The Master, in block print.), and Doctoral level (Signed either "(theta) (sigma)?" "The Doctor ?" or just "?"). And if you don't know who those are, go watch Doctor Who...

The Master's Disclaimer In case you wished to know one disclaimer, the Master's one would begin: "I am the Master. You will obey me. If you use this degree for any fraudulent purposes, I will (Insert fiendish punishment here)."
I think the Millard Filmore Institute degrees read something like: We, the Board of Trustees of Millard Filmore Institute, by the powers we have invented, do hereby award the meretricious degree of Doctor of Philosophy Magnum Cum Granis Salis.
That's about right.....John very thoughtfully awarded my newborn twins doctorates from MFI, and I must say their diplomas are quite impressive.

Thanks, but... They don't allow you to add your own signatures...and Time Lords measure time differently than humans, so they would need a new date. Thanks for the help though.
