    Hi, thanks for the info. My favorite site is surpluscomputers.com where one can buy a refurbished computer, but it does not include the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or operating system. These computers are less than $100 and meet the minimum specifications for running Windows XP. There is no warranty for these computers. Used computers can also be had at dellauctions.com. New computers can be bought using dealnews.com, slickdeals.net and fatwallet.com at substantial discounts.
