    I could understand if the instructor was putting the daily bribes into a medical trust fund for these future adults. Think - obesity and coronary disease during their lifetime.

    Otherwise, it is incredibly stupid to think such a scam would go unnoticed. But, free enterprise and entrepreneurship is alive and well it seems.
