I read something about customer satisfaction one time and it said something like: If a customer is completely satisfied there is a 1% chance that use would lose them If a customer is satisfied there is a 10% chance that use would lose them If a customer is somewhat satisfied there is a 20% chance that use would lose them If a customer is unsatisfied there is a 50% chance that use would lose them If a customer is completely unsatisfied there is a 75% chance that use would lose them I am not completely sure of the percentages. Has anyone else ever seen this?
