Golden Gate University law school joined Whittier in being placed on probation by the ABA for poor Bar pass rates. www.ggu.edu/school_of_law/about_ggu_law/accreditation I could make an educated guess or two about who might be next... Faithful readers will no doubt recall that Western State actually LOST its provisional accreditation last year but worked out a deal at the last minute. I wonder if these schools are being hurt by the fact that they aren't terribly difficult to get into? Or maybe by the notoriously difficult California Bar Exam? Or maybe too many schools are pursuing too few really qualified applicants?
