    Well, at least mildly amusing!!!

I find it amazing that within minutes of any sort of controversy against a Troll on this forum there are threads posted elsewhere discussing and criticizing in detail what is being discussed here. Recently I realized that some of my comments were characterized as racist in another forum. A forum to which the Troll in question swears not to have any ties or connection with. To acuse me of being racist is an absurd proposition. Has anyone ever seen me post a derogatory term towards anyone else because of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc? I think not. I try my best to treat others with the same respect as I like to be treated. Once, and only once I have posted harsh words against a fellow poster. Why? Because that person was being unfair and insulting to two of my friends.

Furthermore, I realize that many of the threads started with the Troll in question are posted nearly simultaneously here and elsewhere. That in and of itself raises a red flag.

I have decided not to visit or post anymore in that other forum, as I almost never seen a constructive or meaningful discussion develop there. But I had to say my peace somewhere, and since this is my cyber home, what better place to do it than here.

Take care and thanks for indulging me.

    Happy Holydays!

AS I stated in the past be aware we are on stage and being watched, more so then we think sometimes this again serves as another reminder. I for one only post here becasue I do not care for the other fora and think this is the only one of any real quality!

If you didn't read that board, would what they say affect you anyway? Certainly not. They don't matter.

I have developed several contacts on this board, however, and what people say matters to me. It matters beyond just the interchange on the board itself. I've developed educational, professional, and research relationships here.

Ignoring the degree mill sellers is easier than you think. It's as if they're not there at all.
