Not only memories, but two brief but classic Bob James jazz pieces in the Barney Miller and Taxi themes.

    Thanks!

    Peace,

    Matt

My wife is ready to sue Bruce for alienation of affection. I got hooked on that site (for a while) and then, even worse, branched out into the singing commercials. Now the tape loop is going in my head. Is there anyone over 45 who can't sing the lyrics to "Winston tastes good...."

(Here's a video of one of those Winston commercials, for those who dare the brain infection:

    Sachs Furniture!

No wonder I can't remember my grandchildrens' birthdays or what I had for lunch; my brain is full of these invaluable memories.

My grandmother, whose English was not wonderful, apparently once wondered (according to the family story) how they could be selling "sex" furniture on the radio.

John Bear is at your service,
bum dee dee dee, well well well.

She had good business sense. Who would buy sight unseen? ;)

Indeed. That jingle is indelible but the advertiser was long forgotten.

Think many others recognized that as a telephone number? :)
