Inbox problems re-PM messages

Hi all,

FYI - my inbox is having problems on the degreeinfo site. I have been clearing it, but for some reason messages are still being bounced back. I have received quite a few messages from people trying to message me, but I have been unable to read or respond to them. Please contact me via my email address on my site details below whilst this problem is being fixed.

You probably need to clean out your Outbox as well as your Inbox. Switch to Outbox in the upper right corner of the screen.

 

Thanks Bill. Yeah, I've done all that, but it still bounces messages. I've emailed all the techies so will see how it can be fixed. Thanks for the acknowledgement on the other posts as well.

"Inbox", "Sent items" and "Message tracking" may all have to be cleared.

 

Thanks - didnt think of clearing message tracking. Lets see if that works now.

If this board's message system was a test then many of us would have failed. I would have.

Good thing it's open book, untimed and not invigilated.
