don't believe everything Miguel A. Bernal is not the model citizen you may think he is after reading the article. One time during carnavales there was a major outbreak of hanta virus in the central provinces; the governer ordered the carnavales suspended......but low and behold who came out in full regalia inciting the population to celebrate carnavales?
