"Pacific" in Phoenix? Can I sell you some oceanfront property in Arizona?

The President has been an executive in the construction industry. The University phone is answered, "Hello, this is Nedda."

I've asked the people I talk to at The Chronicle about this ad. They rarely run ads for start-up not-yet-existing schools, so either they made an exception here following an investigation, or it wasn't caught on their radar.
