Although I was expecting (and really wanting) to find Current TV just awful. I was surprised to find that I like it. What do you think? http://www.current.tv/
I watch Lost, House, Boston Legal, and Sci-Fi Channel's Friday lineup. That's enough TV for me. -=Steve=-
Where's the "never heard of it" category? I watch some HGTV and some Comedy Central but, for the most part, I get bored with TV.
Never heard of it either. Of course, I only watch House, MD and the Simpsons myself. (and of course the John Daily Show)
I have never heard of Current TV. But since the others were listed. I love House. I teach with a guy just like him. I am rolling on the floor laughing and everyone else's mouth is hanging open at his irreverence. I like Lost too. I didn't know John Daily had a show. Maybe I should get off the computer.
Never heard of it, but I don't watch TV anymore, with the exception of the History Channel and, even more rarely, the local TV news. I probably watch at least an hour of TV every week.
I did see Hugh Laurie in Flight of the Phoenix and did some digging about him then when he had an accent unlike that of Dr. House. I like him better as House

Has anyone else watched Current TV? The Super News! progam is hilarious. There is one in the play list about the creation of the Iraqi Constitution. It's a short animated movie based on the Breakfast Club. The animated Donald Rumsfeld acts like Principal Vernon, while the constitutional delegates act like the Breakfast Club's five students on weekend detention. It's too funny.
Current TV? Never heard of it but I am sure that, whatever it is, we do not need it. Except CSI and PBS, of course.
I am not trying to start a fight, but what does Al Gore have to do with current television? I am sure brighter minds than I can figure that out. I think it was a joke, but it was lost on me. I love House, Prison Break, CSI and Without a Trace. I am losing hair with CooCoo Island...err I mean Lost. ....
Tireman44, Current TV is Al Gore's new enterprise. I realized that many of us were not aware of what Current TV is, that is why I posted links to Current TV and the exerpt from the NY Times which explains exactly what Current TV is.
Al Gore: Current TV to Save American Democracy This from the moment's Drudge Report headline: http://www.breitbart.com/news/2005/10/06/D8D2IU703.html
No need to apologize. This thread appears to suggest that Current TV along with Al Gore are irrelevant.
I've heard of Current TV but who's Al Gore? Probably a valient effort to improve the lot of TV but it's best to turn off TV and read , go outside or get a job. Instead of an intereactive TV I think we need a more interactive life.
