While many journals have rather low quality requirements, are there any journals known in the business field that are classic "mill journals"? Like send in a publication along with a cheque and have it published without any review? I know St. Regis used to put one out but I was thinking more along the lines of anything with a longer history.

    best wishes

Not quite a mill, but there are some journals that do not engage in peer review, "Social Text" being one of them. Ever heard of the Sokal Hoax?

My understanding is that in Sokal Hoax, Social Text people did performed a peer review. It was based on bogus principles, though.

Have you heard about Bogdanoff Affair? Two french media personalities receiving PhDs (in Physics and Maths) and publishing a couple of papers filled with what most physicists agree to be nonsence. A "reverse Sokal Hoax" of sorts, except that Bogdanoff brothers insist on their work being a serious effort.

In computer science, conferences are almost as important as journals. And at least one conference is considered to be a mill: World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics. They recently accepted a completely random, computer generated paper:
