So close, yet so far. I bet that if I had asked, in pre-Google days, for the location of Oogie-wawa College, it would have been a challenge. Now the Google search finds "only" 3 listings, but that's 3 more than it takes to make a decent puzzler these days, I guess.

So we bid farewell to Oogie-wawa.

 

But, but, but...do they offer DL degrees? At what levels? In what areas?

Yes, home study degrees in ice cream manufacture, of course. If only Ben & Jerry had known, the famous $5 course they took from Penn State might have been from Oogie-wawa.
