The guy is a bona fide nutjob who doesn't deserve to have attention called to his web site by our talking about it here. And that assessment has nothing to do with the subject matter. Though I have an opinion regarding biblical mendacity, I am neutral on that issue for my purposes, here. Any mental health professional worth his/her salt can read the guy's words and instantly see that his mind is racing; and he's filled with delusions and paranoia. His site could have been about any subject and would have been just as loony in much the same ways; he just happened to focus on the bible. He's got a serious problem, and needs some serious help. Sadly, the web is rife with sites created by such as he. It's a case in point for the argument that one must be very careful about what one allows oneself to believe on the web. Critical thinking skills and a healthy cynicism should be employed at every turn. A sophisticated sense of discernment is essential... ...for idiots are everywhere.
