Can anyone else NOT stand Nancy Grace?

As respected as she may be, I absolutely cannot stand Nancy Grace. I find everything about her intolerable: her mannerisms, facial expressions, you name it.

I've been wanting to ask this question for awhile now, but today this question comes after a night of insomnia until I saw Nancy Grace appear on the screen forcing me to turn it off thereby resulting in me falling asleep. Exaggeration, you say? Hardly.

Anyone else feel like I do? Or not?

 

And just who is this Nancy Grace?

She is a highly intelligent, well-informed, outspoken attorney (and fairly attractive) but she quickly becomes annoying due to her shrill voice, facial expressions and mannerisms.

Well, she is fairly attractive and I'd drop that "fairly", but I can't stop staring at her nose when I see her.

She is indeed intelligent as well. Before law school she had considered a career in English Literature.

Nevertheless, I echo what Tom H. said: "she quickly becomes annoying due to her shrill voice, facial expressions and mannerisms."

Much prettier than Ann Coulter (and probably a bit more intelligent - of course a trained monkey would be smarter than Ann)

 

She doesn't irritate me. I consider her kind of like a weather announcer. At least like weathermen here in San Diego, they seem to try to be strange and off the wall. It can be good for business, I guess?

By letting your politics cloud your thinking, you're not exactly making yourself look very intelligent.

Whatever you think of Ann Coulter's politics, she is NOT stupid. She graduated from Cornell with honors, and received her law degree from Michigan, where she was an editor of The Michigan Law Review. Dumb people don't have that type of resume.

And in the looks department, I'll take Ann any day!

You can be stupid and still be very educated (GW is a prime example). Ann's nonsensical rants and political agenda cloud any type of intelligence that she may have. Much like Rush, she creates arguments that have no more basis in fact than simple opinion. Of course the Cons love her because she is one of the few good looking Republicans (lol) P

Don't you think it's pretty arrogant to assume someone is stupid, simply because you don't agree with their politics? I can think of several prominent people whom I disagree with, but I'm not so pompous as to declare them "stupid" because they don't think the way I do.

BTW, when Ann Coulter speaks in public, she provides a microphone for anyone present to ask questions, or debate her. Do Coulter's critics try to match wits with her? No, they do the highly intellectual thing, and throw food at her. If that isn't stupid, please tell me what is.

No doubt, being blonde and good looking was a big help, but you've got to have brains to go with the beauty if you're going to make it as a political commentator. If not, every good-looking blonde would be a highly-paid analyst for CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News.

I like your wishful thinking Bruce, but I think there is more to story. Could it be she slept her way to the top? She came out out of left field. I remember seeing her on shows quite a few years ago, and I was thinking "Where the heck did she come from?" In another few years she wont be the young girl anymore, then they will replace her.
