I am resident in Canada. Other countries are the US, South Africa, UK etc.
There is an excellent guide to education degrees via distance learning: "Bears' Guide to the Best Education Degrees by Distance Learning". I highly recommend the book, as it is easy, fun & informative reading. You can also use the search engine at www.degreeinfo.com and that will point you to several programs as well. Point well taken but it could have been worse. Substitute "foreign countries" for "other countries" and the tone is even more provincial and hence, insulting, to forum members from outside the U.S. I doubt that Hille intended to insult anyone but was simply looking for info on DL grad programs in education offered by non-U.S. schools.
