It's getting to be a real challenge to find anything that can't be answered with a bit of research in the various search engines. I couldn't find this one by searching, however. Perhaps others can. I am looking at a recent magazine advertisement headlined DR. BEAR HAD AN IDEA It has nothing whatever to do with me, or anyone I know. It's a real, commercial, publicly-available magazine. The challenge: Who placed this ad, and why. First correct answer posted here gets a free copy of the Degree Mills book, or a Bear-written cookbook or a hearty handshake, your choice. Decision of the judge is final.

Dr. Bear is confused. www.bobayres.com/uploads/PopsTeasers.pdf is a charming re-working of a lot of old teasers and puzzlers, but I'm afraid I didn't find the "Dr. Bear has an idea" phrase in them, nor did appear in a magazine ad. Impressive search, nonetheless.
This is from a short story in the Ranger Times. "Yogi likes when Booboo calls him "Dr."... but whenever Yogi has an idea, Booboo always seems to "get it" in the end."
