I am looking for Marilyn Monroe's crime scene photo - I have seen it on her biography, but have searched and searched on the internet..... nothing?

I have googles, but any famous crime scene sites out there? Any suggestions?

You're right that it exists and is out there. I've seen it, too.

According to Sergeant Jack Clemmons of the West Los Angeles Police Department at the time, "'She was lying facedown in what I call the soldier's position. Her face was in a pillow, her arms were by her side, her right arm was slightly bent. Her legs were stretched out perfectly straight."

The photo, and Clemmons' comments about the scene, have always been of particular interest since Clemmons was among the first to say out loud that he thought it might not be a suicide. When he walked into her room, he immediately thought she had been placed in the position in which she was found and photographed. He had seen a number of suicides, he said, and contrary to the common conception, an overdose of sleeping tablets usually causes victims to suffer convulsions and vomiting before they die in a somewhat contorted position.

Only two photos of her body, in her bed, as described by Clemmons, above, are known to exist today -- one showing her entire body length, and one somewhat more close-up. There are two famous morgue photos: One pre-autopsy, and then the most famous post-autopsy photo, which appeared in Anthony Summers's "Goddess: The Secret Lives of Marilyn Monroe;" and is also circulating around the Internet (and is the one linked-to in Myoptimism's post).

Actually, it's long been rumored that there are six mortuary photos in all -- taken by a photographer named Leigh Wiener who allegedly bribed a mortuary worker into letting him take the photos. No photos, to my knowledge, exist of her in her casket, though I could be wrong about that.

Many have tried to find, on the Internet, the two photos of her face down, in bed, at the scene... and none have turned-up, to my knowledge. Obviously they're available somewhere, somehow; but my cursory search of a few likely-to-turn-up-something phrases yielded nothing.

Apparently there's a CD you can buy which has them.

And there is a person who goes by the username "sabine" on the Everlasting Star (obsessive) Marilyn fan web site who claims to have both crime scene photos scanned and ready to email to anyone who asks to see them. You'd have to sign-up and login, I guess, to even be able to see the "sabine" user information page so you could send him/her a PM or email, but I believe that would work.

Sorry that my "Internet savvy searching," as you requested, did not produce what you wanted, but it did produce all of the foregoing. I searched on three combinations of words and phrases, with judicious use of plus signs and quotation marks. I never looked beyond any search's first page of results, but I suspect that if I hammered at it long enough I'd find the two photos online somewhere... along with other postmortem photos of her.
