Florida state senator, Al Lawson, is proposing a 2 cent tax on each roll of toilet paper sold in the state. If passed, this would place an increased financial burden on many Florida distance learners, most of whom do their studies at home and use their personal restroom facilities.

This will place a disproportionate tax burden on women.;)

Actually, this will put a disproportionate burden on incarcerated distance learners needing something upon which to write their dissertations (so that they can be smuggled past the guards).
