Good Morning, Our son is looking for a headhunter to help him find a job in the Raleigh area. Does anyone have any experience with a legitimate business in that area? Thanks. Hille

I may be wrong here, but I don't think there is any such thing. The way to get people looking for entry level positions on behalf of a job-hunter is to sign with a temp agency and/or do all the job-searching yourself online.

In that respect, the most comprehensive thing to do is sign up with every single temp agency that works in your area. The biggest ones, like Kelly and Manpower, have tons of jobs they can find for you, although most of these jobs are pretty low-paying, not very fun and totally dead-end (light industrial work, receptionists, filing, helping move offices, etc.). They will generally have a small sprinkling of better jobs. Other temp agencies that specialize in entry-level jobs that need specialized software skills have better jobs that are rarer to get. They will also have some "temp-to-perm" positions where there's a possibility of moving to fulltime after better performance. Some of these agencies really suck at getting people jobs, but their advantage is that they don't require any committment after the initial sign-up. You simply sign up, take any necessary tests, they contact you with jobs and you tell them whether or not you're interested.

What kind of job/industry is he looking into?
