In the category of priceless Christmas presents... It is late Christmas eve, and Marina has just emerged from 8 hours of spinal neurosurgery in terrific condition. The only scary part now is that she is four inches taller. She'll be home in 8 to 10 days, and I'll be pretty much a fulltime caregiver the next 4 to 6 months, but will continue to indulge my DegreeInfo addiction from time to time.
Good news, John! Delighted to hear it. Merry Christmas to all (thanks, Dave, too). "...and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us..."
Merry Christmas Merry Christmas all :^) I am glad to hear about Marina John, I wish her a speedy recovery. And I too look foward to Mark Israel's recovery and reading his always interesting and informative posts.
May the Peace of Christ be with you all during this season of peace and joy, especially to the Bears. Pax Nobiscum.
