I did a comparison, and the only change is that they highlighted the statement that Wyoming has granted licenses to American Capital University and Paramount University of Technology. So they have violated copyright laws -- but that's "small potatoes" for these folks. Now they will be grandfathered in when Wyoming's "tough" new laws come into effect. I have got to get a Wyoming license for Grand Nagus University tout de suite.
