Along comes a thread about the Bangalore Institute, then looking reading the name on the board of advisers, this name appeared: Mr. H.P. Dikshit D.Phil. Dsc. He changed it from "Dipshit", see, 'cause it sounded funny. Perhaps Mr Dikshit is a glory hound, or easily fooled, or in cahoots, or perhaps even totally unaware that he is listed as a featherboy in the vomitorium. IGNOU is legit, though, IIRC.
