Hello, I am currently working with a person who has a teaching certificate from Romania. She has been is this country for several years and is trying to figure out how to get it evaluated for a teaching certificate here. Ideas appreciated. Hille
The one and only arbiter of its worth would be your state's department of education (or teacher licensure office, depending on the state). It is likely that they will refer you elsewhere, but you will need to start there. Tom Nixon
