The episode they've been working on for months is scheduled that evening -- subject, of course, to being pre-empted by some breaking development, such as CBS' discovery of the actual original documents showing that Judy Garland had a sex change operation and became Ralph Nader. Or something. My co-author Allen Ezell and I were interviewed for about an hour in New York 2 months ago. My guess is that they are focusing on Hamilton University and the Laura Callahan/Homeland Security situation, but one never knows. Their only other venture into this territory, 25 years ago, was very wide-ranging, covering at least 6 or 7 fakes. Unless 60 Minutes is shown live on Egyptian television, I shall miss it, but several friends and relatives will be recording it for me.
