Here's a story about an institution for abused and neglected children. The institution is called The MILL. That's what caught my interest (ok - Google's interest). And when I read the article, I found that The MILL is run by "Dr. Bob" Thorud, whose "24-year-old doctorate is in marriage and family counseling and is from Columbia Pacific University, a nonaccredited correspondence school that was shut down by the state of California after the U.S. General Accounting office referred to it as 'a diploma mill.'"
