Member #2 (or possibly #3) in the US, here. Now, how about "Orphan. IQ ***+" If you have to ask (etc. etc.)... John Bear (who actually did run the famous "***+" ad in a newspaper once, and got quite an amazing response.
Ouestion? Good one John! Agreed UNK. Have you been on Jeopardy recently John? There has been a young man, with a knowlege base that is phenomenal, on a roll. Too bad most shows have become less than pabulum. I haven"t been here long enough to learn all the players. Seems to be a pretty sharp group. Hope you don't take my oblique humor seriously. Just a novice. Clay
Re: Ouestion? Ken Jennings apparently got beat during his 75th game. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/news/archive/2004/09/08/entertainment2352EDT0227.DTL
M's I figured more than a few. Too bad the kid was beaten. He was impressive.Fortunately, I'm just smart enough to know my limitations. Many, many limitations. My ex-wives could elaborate adnauseam. Sorry to bore you guys. Housebound and recovering from multiple Fx.. Learned another limitation. Don't swoop if you are not sure of ground rise. Dumbass#101. I keep forgetting that one. Maybe the multiple concussions have dimmed the bulb. I doubt the wattage can be measured anymore. I'll use my stupidity to explain my ignorance. Hell, I knew I should have been a lawyer. Clay
Re: M's Welcome to the boards, Clay. Swooping in/on/harnessed to what? When did you retire from SF? Cheers, Adrienne
Clay: Have you been on Jeopardy recently John? John: I was on Jeopardy in June 1987. One can never be on a second time.
Question Very unforgiving tarmac. Must remember gravity. Made a valiant limp, crawl, moan, crawl, limp to my car(women present) in vain. I drive a damn Porsche. Had to have a young lady drive me to the hospital. Felt like passing out, but maintained. Entire left side, from foot to shoulder, gave the student Dr's plenty of practice. No PLF's at 45-60mph. Must remember to flare sooner. Did'nt retire from SF, was recruited to LE and retired after breaking my back then my neck. I'm an advertisement for Super Glue. Everything still works, just slower. Pardon the hunt and peck. You must realize pain meds are great in large quantities. I prefer Glen F, but I can"t spel ti nwo. Thansk, Clay

Question I saw you that night. TV can be very intimidating. I'll only be interviewed wearing a ski mask. Can"t stand cameras or my voice recorded. You are a gentleman and scholar, even if you are a liberal. Clay
John, I've been limited to 75 seconds. Rather hard using one hand. But I did want to thank you for the advise, by phone, in the late '80's. Clay
