To all my good buddy's here at degreeinfo
have I got a deal for you.
Just think of owning your very own Florida home, or what use to be a home. Call it a handymans special, Yea thats it.
It kind of gives you that tropical rain forest feel, you know the feeling of having tropical showers in all the rooms of the house, who needs a pool?
Don't delay it could go fast. And if you buy it real quick, Hell, you could move down here and experence some of the fun yourself, you know Ivan will be here next weekend. Hell who needs Disney World? experence the thrill yourself of floating down the street in your own lazyboy chair, you can't beat that!
Hurry Hurry will that be cash or credit? I'll even throw in an extra tarp or two.

    As Always
    TomC.

And I forgot to mention, don't feed the aligators.

What part of Florida are you in? My sister lives in Davie (outside Ft. Lauderdale) and had told me about the storm. She even videotaped it and plans on sending it up to me this week (I still cannpt believe ithat she did that myself)

I hope Hurrican Ivan bypasses you guys down there.

I live in a small town called Lake Wales it is located between Orlando and Tampa and about 35 miles south. The eye of both hurricanes came right over lake wales.
It is really hard to believe all the distruction. What makes it worse is that this area as well as other areas are retirement areas, and all the seniors are really struggling.
Its hard on everyone but they feel the pressure the worse.
They opened up a FEMA office here at the local mall but closed it soon after opening it due to overwelming applications for help. Its really not funny but the sign at the mall say's "due to the overwelming amount of applications for FEMA's help this office will be closed until further notice"
    Go figure.

Now Ivan is coming. We don't wish this type of disaster on anyone, but this area really has had enough.

I know alot of people are helping, and believe me the people here really appriciate it alot.

    Thanks everyone !

    TomC.
    :)
