I would like to find out what opinion do people have of INTI College www.inti.edu.my and their degree programs by the University of Hertfordshire and the University of Coventry?
You have posted many identical requests concerning many schools, but you have not indicated what program you are interested in or what your goals are. Perhaps if you tell us that, we can give you some guidelines that will be more efficient than post after post and reply after reply on "recognition", which is not much of a category in any case. I would also suggest that you read the articles on accreditation and its meaning; this will help you in sorting out the claims of schools. Otherwise, one begins to wonder just why you only mention schools which lack USDE/CHEA or foreign-equivalent accreditation, to put it mildly.
