Looking at 100 recent messages Just for the heck of it, I looked 100 consecutive messages posted to this forum during the first week of August. 32 on educational matters (about half on fake schools) 25 on (mostly) right-wing politics 10 on gay issues 12 on religious issues 21 miscellaneous If more fora are ever added here, this might point a direction.
We have the main forum for educational issues, and the off-topic forum for the miscellaneous topics. So all we need is a new "Right-wing gay religious" forum.
Interesting! I wonder what percentage of regular posters either have earned a D/L, are earning a D/L degree, or are genuinely interested in earning a D/L degree?
I've used both DL and butt-in-the-chair approaches towards getting my shoolong. I guess either I'm a DL agnostic or Bi-something.
Not that it matters in terms of contributing to this board, but this question would make for an interesting poll.
Re: Looking at 100 recent messages Dr. Bear has a hard time hiding his liberal bias, just like the media. Instead of just writing "25 on politics," it has to be right-wing politics. Last time I checked, those politics threads had commentary from both the left and right.
Re: Re: Looking at 100 recent messages Yes, but I'll bet a great many originated with Orson's "fire-bombing" approach to right-wing postings. I guess we can thank Orson for keeping us up-to-date on the latest from right-wing bloggers.
Of course, to be fair, we should also consider a left-wing heterosexual athiest miscellaneous forum Tony
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Much as I enjoy sparring with Orson on this forum, that boy needs a blog of his own. He can use the comments feature to draw in even more argument than he does here, plus he'll get more control over how that discussion is presented and how long it lasts--and he can even bring in some banner advertising and earn a little extra money on the side for his trouble. Also saves the moderates and liberals among us from being irresistably drawn into disputing all of those masterfully provocative subject lines he uses. Cheers,
