Ahoj Y'all, After a long time I finally finished! I defended my dissertation yesterday, and the decision of the committee was to accept it without changes. For anyone thinking about whether they should go back to school, and may be concerned with their age, I say just jump in there and get started. I had no plans to go this far when I started back to school in my 40's. I used the 25 year plan to get my BS. My classmates convinced me to go on for an MBA. Finally, I decided to to try for a D.B.A. Well, after 4-1/2 years, I finally finished it. Whether you are thinking of going back to get a GED, a bachelors, masters, or even a doctoral, just do it! I would like to thank Dr. Bear for his guidance (back in the aed days) when I was thinking of going on for my doctorate. Also, I'd like to thank the GO6, Dennis Huber, and Dr. Jackson for their support. I'll be updating my website over the next few weeks.
