Article in USA Today on new type of master's degree

    Although not offered by distance learning (yet), the article details a new type of master's degree: the PSM or professional science master's. Described as a 'MBA for techies', it is a graduate program combining elements of a grad degree in a science along with the business components of a MBA.

    An interesting concept, and I wonder if it will take off. I did the same thing the hard way: a MSc in chemistry back in the early 80's and a MBA awarded in 2000.
