    IGNOU has a fairly good reputation, and offers a very wide variety of programmes. Certainly considered GAAP within India, at any rate. (;->

    Yes, this school is entirely legit. Some Indian universities are not open to non-Indians; a prospective student would need to find that out, if applicable. BTW, 10 lakh students means 10,000 students.

    Actually, no; one lakh is 100,000, making 10 lakhs 1 million.
