I couldn't find anything on this in a search here but it seems like something that would have been discussed. We have a new crop of these "insurance" companies popping up claiming they will reimburse tuition if the school fails. The companies are not registered or licensed by the state though they claim to be. I've heard that they've been around before but we are seeing an upsurge. Any info?
