Hmmmmm.... I wonder if "Police" has seen how his school is classified as having been a mill and a fraud. I guess state approved doesn't mean much. An RA or even DETC school would have been a much better.
Points 8 and 14 were explicitly violated in PWU's (unsuccessful) sales pitch to me. The catalogue makes copious reference to State of Hawai'i this that and t'other, and I was told point blank that PWU is authorized by Hawai'i to grant degrees--which this documents makes utterly plain they absolutely are NOT. Somebody should call the cops--but not the Police.
