The no-longer-alive World Scientific Association (which featured the "Internationally recognized Scientists and members of the World Scientific Association Sir Arthur C. Clerk, Prof. Chief Swift Eagle, and Prof. Richard J. Hoyer on its entry page) has surrendered its domain (wsa-ru.org) to the "Freedom of Movement" site which sells motorized wheelchairs from wsa-ru.org.

The WSA site (before the apparent change in domain ownership) had displayed a photograph of national flags in its header (see the attached jpeg). The same graphic is to be found on this National Board of Education image which shows a notarized "diploma authentication attestation" signed by Richard Novak as "Director of University Services."

What does it all mean? Who knows? Maybe the person who built the WSA site also created the NBOE stationery.

Motorized wheelchairs are the currently favored item of the unscrupulous characters that scam and abuse Medicare and Medicaid (it used to be enteral feeding). Stories about this abound on the Internet, one of them can be found here.

What does it all mean? Draw your own conclusions.

Fascinating, Gus. And they are also used as props by degree mill merchants. One of Ronald Pellar's earlier scams, before Columbia State, was selling information on how disabled people could reap huge government benefits. The full-page ad was illustrated by a photo of a sorry-looking chap in a wheelchair. Turned out to be Pellar in disguise.

    and while we're at it...

The Saint Regis home page displays this image just as does the NAHE site.

Three of the five people in the picture can be found on the cover of this Educational Testing Service GRE brochure. Notice that their facial expressions are not identical to those in the SRU image. It looks like a different picture from the same photo session, rather than a PhotoShop job.

Carfefull examination will show that the older guy in the center is the same, perhaps even the same image. The young guy in the blue shirt is slightly different. The girl on the right is the same person, but is holding three bboks in the SRU picture, and olny two in the ETS version. Alsoin the SRU picture she is nto smiling.

Both are probably composites from verious stock images.
