    Aieeeee!

My familiar comfortable world is today disrupted.

Google has changed with the public launch of Froogle, the shopping search tool.

And it now displays a "University Search," which restricts a search to a particular university domain. St. Regis not yet listed.

When I typed "degree" and "college degree" into Froogle, it produced lots of book titles, but no schools. But the accompanying paid listings included all the usual suspects: Kennedy Western, Lexington, "instantdegrees" and so on.

    fooling Froogle

Ah, but try a Froogle search using "life experience degree" (including the quotes in the search expression)! Lexington wins, with its special price of $99 for a 13" x 19" diploma fooling Froogle into awarding it the first two places.
