    Thanks to the intrepid work of an International Man of Mystery, we now have exclusive footage of the NBOE conducting a site visit of St. Regis University.

    Actually, I thought that was the site visit of a more prestigous university than St. Regis!

    Wow! what a surprise? That's the exact same method the Liberal party of Canada uses for hiring candidates!

    This just in:

    It seems that an unnamed European university (Motto: ”We can’t publicly reveal our motto because it is restricted, but if you email me, I mean, us, privately and wire transfer the appropriate funds to our bank account I will tell you what it is. Trust me, it’s good; I have self-validated the motto personally myself.”) has deemed that the posting of the NBOE video on this forum constituted a form of publishing. As such, our elusive cinematographer submitted his work to this university for a doctorate in Fine Arts by publication (the understanding was that he could not fail). However, upon being informed that his degree had been awarded, much to his surprise, he discovered that his Ph.D. had been upgraded to one in…
