Thanks oxpecker, but I do not want the Law, I want to find the list of the persons convicted in Oregon.

In addition, some literature where I can find what happen to the doctor that has the Berne doctorate in Oregon. I know that the State order the doctor to not use the doctorate, but what happens in the Court of Justice?

Here are the January minutes: http://www.osac.state.or.us/pdf/meeting313.pdf

These are interesting pieces of Alan's report:
    • Degree Validation Cases - The active cases continue. The Department of Justice is working on the correct procedure for penalty hearings. …

Other Activities - The ODA diploma mill website is going to be linked to the Oregon Department of Justice and probably to the U.S. Department of Education as the “baseline” site for public information. Alan will be meeting in Washington, D.C., in mid-January with a small working group from the Department of Education and interested parties. The feds are paying the travel.
