What is the least convincing diploma mill website, that is meant seriously? I'd offer: Grand Union University (located in College Park) http://www.geocities.com/CollegePark/Lab/3146/ along with their "accreditor", sadly this one has even been advertised in a local newspaper recently but the 50 cent for renting a domain name seemed to blow the budget ?!
