Vice President of Warnborough University refuses to divulge source of doctorate

The following question was posed to Dr Julian Ng (aka Kee Guan Ng), Vice President of Warnborough University on 15/12/2003 at 8:19pm:

I am currently doing some research on Warnborough University, and was wondering where and when you earned your PhD.

Now, what assumptions would you make by this response?

1) Piss off, don't waste my time.
2) My doctorate is from Warnborough, do you have a problem with that?
3) You're a prospective student? OK, fair enough question, but I'm too busy to respond.
4) Its been a month, who cares, he has probably forgotten about the email.
5) How dare you question my academic credentials, they are beyond reproach, and can easily be verified!!!!
6) I used to troll AED and know exactly who you are George Brown. You're one of Bear's mates. Why should I entertain a response?
