    The following question was posed to Dr Julian Ng (aka Kee Guan Ng), Vice President of Warnborough University on 15/12/2003 at 8:19pm:

    Vice-president's doctorate

    If Julian Ng's degree came free (no study/research involvement) from his own institution, Warnborough, the latter now meets the requirements of a fully qualified DEGREE MILL.

    Julian Ng has been asking for evidence of that - now he's got it.
