Columbia State Ph.D. on trial right now for molestation; details sought

A reliable source tells me there is a man on trial this week in Los Angeles for child molestation. Licensed teacher in the Los Angeles United School District. Apparently receiving additional pay based on his fake Columbia State University Master's and Doctorates. I'd love to know more. Perhaps someone with access to Nexis and/or better search skills than I can find something. Possible name of defendant: McConnell or possibly McDonald.
