Just venting - My wife is working on her bachelors degree through UMUC while we are over here in England and is running into a lot of headaches, mainly with financial aid. She is almost done with her second semster and is still getting a letter every 1-2 weeks from the financial aid department saying that they need another form. She has also run into numerous problems with transfer credits (finally fixed - trainees were sending evals out without trainers seeing them). Problems that we are having are that the main admin office is Germany and the local office doesn't seem to have a clue. Is this just us having a lot of problems or is UMUC notorious for this? Are we just spoiled because all our previous colleges' admin sections worked so smoothly?
